How we pick the right tasks

We look for tasks that are repetitive, text- or conversation-heavy, and tolerant of review: answering common questions, sorting and summarizing incoming information, drafting routine replies, finding things in your own documents, taking messages, and booking appointments. If a task is not a good fit, we will tell you.

AI should draft, look up, and prepare. People should approve anything that matters. We design every implementation with clear checkpoints: actions that change records or commit your business are confirmed first, and you can review what the AI did.
